Qualifications
Joe Jalbert has studied the various systems of handwriting analysis since 1962 and Document Examination since 1972. His training in Graphoanalysis,
Graphology, Psychology, Scientific Content Analysis and Document Examination ideally suite him to pursue investigations in Questioned Documents.
He studied the examination of Questioned Documents, for three years, under Mr. Keith Ross, Document Examiner, Webster, New York. He was a member of
World Association of Document Examiners, President of the Upstate New York Chapter of the International Association for Identification and is presently a member of the New York State Defenders Association, The
American College of Forensic Examiners and The National Association of Document Examiners. He has studied thousands of questioned documents and testified in civil and criminal courts on more than 50 occasions in the
states of New York and Ohio. He has studied and maintains a comprehensive library of leading books and reference materials on Document Examination and Handwriting Analysis.
