Joseph Jalbert Background
I have studied Handwriting analysis and Document Examination for over 40 years. Various systems of handwriting analysis, Graphoanalysis,
Graphology, Graphotherapeutics and psychology were used to solve profile problems.
I graduated from IGAS and was certified a graphoanalyst in the late 60's. Upon certification, I studied Document Examination from IGAS and joined the
World Association of Document Examiners (WADE). After that I studied , for about 3 years, Document Examination from Mr. Keith Ross, an excellent document examiner, from Webster, New York. Along the way, I took
graduate courses in psychology and education and acquired a life time teaching certificate for Math and Science in the state of Massachusetts. The past 25 years I have been working mostly in Document Examination for
attorneys, ceo's, banks, colleges and universities and law enforcement officials. The past 15 years I have been the Questioned Document Expert for Technical Advisory Service for Attorneys (TASA) covering the Upstate
New York area.
I am a retired engineer with the government who served as a Director of Engineering, chief of Construction, Project Engineer, Office Engineer, and
Design Mechanical Engineer. I also worked for private industry as a Mechanical Developmental Design Engineer and taught computer applications at our local BOCES prior to consulting in engineering. As a right sized,
down sized engineer in early retirement , I am pursuing my interests. Prior to my engineering career I taught Math & Physics at Mercy High School in Rochester, New York and was interim Math Department chairman
and instructor at Granby High School in Massachusetts.
